McKay’s Used Books coming to Nashville

I have to admit, I am pretty stoked about this news.
Ms. Cheap’s column in yesterday’s Tennesseean revealed the great news that McKay’s Used Books will be opening a store in Nashville later this year.
For those of you unfamiliar with McKay’s, they are a superb used book store that has locations in Knoxville and Chattanooga. McKay’s sells used books, CDs and movies as well as offering trade credit.
I’ve missed McKay’s a lot since I moved away from Knoxville and am ecstatic they are coming to Nashville.

That’s a pretty snotty comment from Rhino. A real neighborhood used bookstore? McKays is a real neighborhood used bookstore, just as much as Rhino is. Speaking of neighborhoods, it’s hilarious (and pretentious) how Rhino refers to their Charlotte Ave. store as the Sylvan Park location. It’s not in Sylvan Park. Way to insult the neighborhood you’re actually located in to try to appear more trendy. I’ll stick with McKays, thanks.
