Can somebody please explain to me why people develop allergies in Tennessee?? What is it?

I am miserable today. I know it’s gonna be a bad allergy day when it starts first thing in the morning. I sneeze so much I am barely able to make it to work on time. Claritin used to be my drug of choice, and now it seems it does little or nothing for me.

Any suggestions? I am dyin’ out here!!!
